Did I daydream this, or was there a website for writers with like. A ridiculous quantity of descriptive aid. Like I remember clicking on “ inside a cinema ” or something like that. Then, BAM. Here’s something I wrote when I was falling asleep two days ago, I’m not fixing much, my tired-ass past self has to live with what it wrote now:
Tigerheart ramble I am so sorry it’s 5 am
I just wanna say, I have no clue how people come to the realization that Tigerheart is an asshole in Tigerhearts Shadow.
For example, I’ve seen a number of people saying that in this one particular interaction Tiger and Ivy have, Ivy is in the right and Tiger is wrong
Except the fact that in this instance, Tigerheart specifically sought out Ivypool to tell her that Dovewing is in a bad mental state, and that she needs help from her sister (Dovewing LITERALLY told Tigerheart so), and then Ivy basically replies that it’s their problem, and she won’t talk to her until she stops seeing Tigerheart, like a child, a 20-something at least old woman. And next time they see eachother, Ivypool literally punches him and talks like Dovewing leaving is Tigerheart’s fault.
And there’s where I think the “Tigerheart is an ass” argument falls apart, right after he gets hit, Tigerheart thinks to himself “I deserved this.” And I don’t know how you can say he’s uncaring after that
But if it’s not enough, here’s another situation: After Tigerheart finds Dovewing in the Guardian Cats place and they talk, unlike a lot of people think, at no point is he pressuring her to go back to the Clans, at no point is he being forceful. All he’s doing is talking about how he feels in that moment, he says the truth, that he misses his friends, and that he’s unfamiliar with how these cats live and he doesn’t know how to fit in. And if that’s a bad argument Idk what a good argument looks like, must be crazy…
Going even further: After he steps away from Dovewing when she’s kitting, he starts talking about how bad of a boyfriend he already is, that he should shut up forever, simply because he dared to bring up that he misses his home.
“Isn’t it weird that [thing humans commonly eat] is poisonous to literally every domesticated animal” I mean, there’s a pretty good chance that [thing humans commonly eat] is at least mildly poisonous to humans, too. One of our quirks as a species is that we think our food is bland if it doesn’t have enough poison in it.
Humans have a really weird mix of mundane superpowers.
We’re not fast and don’t have a lot of natural weaponry but we’re bizarrely tolerant to a broad range of toxins to the point that one toxin is considered a morning necessity for some to perform at work. Gotta love us.
Keep this in mind when they talk about the very tiny slice of the WGA/SAG-AFTRA membership that get big paychecks. This is how much the entire union is asking for. Not even half a percent of the profits for all of them combined. And this same story plays out today in just about every industry. The companies are touting record profits while the vast majority of their workers are struggling.

before you start babygirling oppenheimer just know that from what i’ve heard the film does not address downwinders, does not have a singular japanese person in it, and exploited our museums by claiming photos on loan for personal use (meaning they did not have to pay a penny to use them in the film despite being a multi-million dollar production).
